Senior Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data architecture 
• Develop scalable solutions for handling large datasets (big data) 
• Enable data accessibility for analytics and reporting teams 
• Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability 
• Collaborate with analysts to understand data requirements and use cases 
• Support integration of machine learning models into data pipelines 
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems 
• Tableau Report Development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data engineering concepts 
• Experience working with big data technologies 
• Knowledge of data pipeline and ETL development 
• Understanding of data modeling and architecture 
• Exposure to machine learning workflows 
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on scalability 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Domain.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) 
• Familiarity with tools like HIVE, Impala, Hadoop, or similar frameworks 
• Programming experience in Python or similar languages
