Senior Process Manager

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The role enables to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe RT-CDP Specialist

Role Overview;

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for building blocks for marketing ops and enhancing customer experience across channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of years of experience in design, implementation and support of Marketing automation systems using Adobe Experience Platform & Adobe RT-CDP tool.
• Good understanding of Adobe Launch for tag implementation and Web SDK / App SDK implementation for experience data modelling.
• Knowledge of 1st party, database integration into RT-CDP tool.
• Knowledge of data schemas & APIs services in platforms GCP, Marketo, AJO etc.
• Responsible for gathering data from diverse sources, including websites, mobile apps, customer service interactions, and CRM system
• Build Proficient queries in Query Service for data mining Build XDM schemas, classes, data layer for batch and streaming datasets configure Source and Destination connectors build Segments and queries as per defined use cases.
• Good knowledge of SQL querying
• Work with audience segments & profiling, crafting them based on behavioral insights, transactional data, and operational information.
• Build profile identity stitching and applying data governance and security policies in regulated industry like Financial Services.
• Work as a core member of AEP/RT CDP Delivery Team and collaborate with Martech, product and marketing team and fellow technologists to design develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences.
• Good understanding of solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud and how they integrate with its application solutions i.e. Real Time Customer Data Platform RT CDP, Customer Journey Analytics CJA, Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Build solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Customer AI 
• Participate in user story analysis elaboration and design.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment; innovative, adaptable, self-directed, and team player.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to the details.
• Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management. 

• Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Certified in Adobe RTCDP –Business Practitioner or Developer
