Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer – Oracle EPM

Join a visionary team driving the evolution of Finance Systems, with a focus on Oracle EPM SaaS and cloud-native platforms. Architect, build, and operate robust automation and CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless integration and delivery across AWS and Oracle Cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, build, and operate scalable platform solutions for Oracle EPM SaaS, leveraging AWS and Oracle Cloud.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and other modern tools.
Implement cloud-native architectures with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible.
Integrate and automate testing services using OpKey/Katalon for EPM cloud.
Handle data and files using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and manage metadata/reference data with EDMCS.
Collaborate with vendors (Oracle, AWS) to optimise performance, scalability, and reliability of SaaS solutions.
Integrate monitoring and security (Prometheus, Grafana, DevSecOps practices) to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
Champion engineering standards: drive best practices in automation, code quality, and agile delivery.
Mentor and influence: share knowledge, coach peers, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills:
8+ years of experience
EPM Architecture & Apps: Solid understanding of Oracle EPM architecture and application landscape.
REST API Capability: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs for automation and integration.
Test as a Service: Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (OpKey, Katalon) for EPM cloud.
Oracle IAM & Identity Cloud Service: Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management and cloud identity services.
Tool Expertise:
OpKey/Katalon (Testing Services)
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for file/data handling
EDMCS for metadata/reference data management
Strategic Automation: Ability to design and implement automation strategies using REST API or Groovy-based frameworks, including data pipeline features for integration.
Cloud Platform Mastery: Proven experience building and operating platforms in AWS and Oracle Cloud.
CI/CD Mastery: Designing and implementing pipelines for cloud and SaaS environments.
Technical Breadth: Python, shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm. And, have solid hands-on experience integration tools and frameworks e.g. Autosys scheduling, SFTP, APIs (including skills like Open API, Swagger, Kong, Akamai
API Integration: Working with RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and vendor SDKs.
Security-first mindset: Experience with DevSecOps, compliance, and data protection.
Agile delivery: Full-cycle development, from design to production support, in cross-functional teams.
Collaboration & communication: Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, educate and influence, and thrive in a team environment.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech
