We are looking for an Artist & Industry Marketing Specialist to drive the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns for our creator and artist programs across APAC.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and analytical execution, tracking campaign performance to continuously optimize reach and build a thriving community. You should possess a deep understanding of the music industry and the unique needs of artists, coupled with the analytical capability to structure and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Role:
- Campaign Management: Drive the strategic planning and execution of artist marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary lead for campaign updates, ensuring clear communication with country teams, internal departments, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Creative Strategy & Production: Lead creative discussions and briefings with external agencies to develop high-impact assets across TrV, digital ads, OOH, and social media. Oversee the adaptation and localization of these assets to ensure resonance across diverse global markets.
- Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative studios, licensing and clearance, music partnerships, and legal departments.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous analytical reviews of campaign results and creative testing. Translate data into actionable insights to inform global strategy and drive continuous improvement across country teams.
- Partnership Support: Support sponsor and partner engagement across creator and artist programs. Manage valuation, entitlements, and brand alignment while delivering comprehensive post-campaign reporting.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, media, or the creative industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders across diverse global markets.
- Data-Driven Strategy and ability to interpret data and audience signals to determine the right content fit for specific digital platforms.
- Ability to act as a self-starter and independent thinker who can navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward.
- Strong talent for building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence broader strategy using data-backed insights.
- A deep passion for the digital video landscape and online culture. You possess an understanding of the creator economy and can identify unique opportunities to celebrate and support the community.
- A keen eye for design and a high level of attention to detail to ensure all campaign assets meet top-tier standards.
- Experience in end-to-end project management, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience working with external creative agencies and successfully coordinating across internal cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
