About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to act as the bridge between our Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence (BI) teams. This role will ensure marketing has the right data and insights to measure performance effectively while translating marketing’s analytical needs into clear, actionable requirements for our BI team.

As a key player in our marketing analytics ecosystem, you will help define and track key marketing performance metrics, collaborate on data infrastructure, and support the development of dashboards that provide visibility into campaign, program, and overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

Marketing Data & Performance Analysis

  • Define and track key marketing performance metrics, including campaign performance, program performance, and CMO dashboards.
  • Partner with marketing teams to understand their reporting needs and ensure they have the right data to measure success.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Collaboration Between Marketing & BI

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing Operations and the Business Intelligence team.
  • Translate marketing reporting requirements into technical specifications for BI teams.
  • Work closely with BI to ensure data warehouse architecture supports marketing analytics needs.

Data Infrastructure & Visualization

  • Work with marketing and BI teams to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Leverage tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics to build dashboards and visualizations.
  • Ensure data from Marketo, SFDC, and other platforms is properly structured for reporting.

What You Bring

Experience: 5+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
  • Experience with SQL for querying marketing data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Supermetrics, Marketo, and Salesforce for marketing data extraction.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnel analytics.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing performance analytics, including CMO dashboards, campaign performance, and program performance.
Communication Skills: Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements for BI teams and explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets, identifying insights, and making data-driven recommendations.
