We are searching for a visionary Senior Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact on our organization. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI solutions, from selecting foundation models to engineering agentic loops. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex business problems into efficient and scalable AI-powered systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Select and evaluate foundation models for various AI applications, considering their suitability and potential impact.
- Design context layers that enhance the performance and adaptability of AI systems in different scenarios.
- Engineer agentic loops to enable autonomous decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in AI agents.
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous harness testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of AI systems before deployment.
- Implement robust production observability practices to monitor and optimize AI systems in real-world environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale AI systems.
- Deep expertise in AI architecture, including foundation model selection, context-layer design, and agentic loop engineering.
- Hands-on experience with harness testing and production observability practices for AI systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with AI solutions.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge AI technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and innovative work environment.
