Senior Manager – Talent AcquisitionThe incumbent will lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent. The role is responsible for driving leadership and niche hiring, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment, and delivering a superior candidate experience while supporting the organization's diversity and growth objectives.Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning- Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas to support long-term organizational growth.
- Drive innovative sourcing initiatives through job portals, social media, industry networks, and leadership hiring campaigns.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints.
- Hiring for senior leadership, critical, and specialized roles across functions.
- Implement robust assessment and selection frameworks to ensure quality hiring decisions.
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive best-in-class recruitment processes with a focus on speed, quality, compliance, and candidate experience.
- Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
- Leverage recruitment technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., Workday) to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to business and functional leaders.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking to support hiring decisions.
- Influence and drive decision-making through data-backed recommendations.
- Champion diversity hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Track and report diversity metrics and implement targeted actions to improve representation.
- Foster inclusive hiring practices and mitigate bias throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with search firms, recruitment agencies, and external talent partners.
- Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and optimize investments to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
