Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analyze the latest trends.

2. Plan stock replenishment for new design introductions.

3. Place product orders with vendors based on data insights.

4. Evaluate product quantities in relation to demand and supply.

5. Take responsibility for finalizing product quality and carat specifications.

6. Ensure timely delivery of required jewellery according to the turnaround time (TAT).

7. Identify the locations where the product will be most in demand.

8. Develop design-related offers and discounts for products.

9. Create design ranking systems.

10. Manage the product life cycle effectively.

11. Coordinate daily stock replenishment with stores.

12. Plan and execute seasonal stock increases.

13. Demonstrate strong skills in Excel and stakeholder management.

14. Perform data gap analysis for new product introductions.

15. Project sales and order volumes.

16. Conduct market benchmarking for gold rates, diamond rates, buyback, exchange, and making charges.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.

Proven expertise in replenishment management, ideally within the jewellery or luxury retail sectors.

Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.

Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on data.

In-depth knowledge of market trends and customer preferences within the jewellery industry.

Familiarity with product life cycle management and inventory control methodologies.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and presentation skills.
