Program & Project Management
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of contract logistics programs across warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
• Work with operations to prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates.
Operational Excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize best practices across sites and programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with operations, IT, procurement, finance, and HR teams.
• Align program goals with organizational strategy and customer requirements.
• Facilitate communication across multiple locations and stakeholders.
Risk & Compliance Management
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Financial Management
• Ensure billing to the respective customers are done on time month on month & also follow up for AR. The DSO should be within the agreed timelines.
• Manage program budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Track financial performance, including cost-to-serve and margin improvement.
• Support pricing, business cases, and contract negotiations.
