Job Description Summary
This role supports marketing programs, lead generation initiatives, business marketing activities, and campaign operations to enhance client engagement and business development. Reporting to the Associate Director – Marketing, the Senior Manager/AVP will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and operational efficiencies. The role requires a strong business marketing mindset focused on lead generation, sales enablement, and client engagement.

About the Role:

Marketing Operations & Execution:
o Implement and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution across digital, content, and event channels.
o Coordinate the production of sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, client brochures, and thought leadership content.
o Optimize marketing automation workflows to improve campaign effectiveness and client engagement.

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:
o Execute targeted lead-generation initiatives, nurturing prospects through digital marketing, email campaigns, and content-driven strategies.o Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business development goals.
o Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Content & Communications Execution:
o Drive content distribution across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Execute external communication plans, including PR initiatives, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.
o Execute internal communication plans to enhance brand positioning within the firm. -
Event & Client Engagement Marketing:
o Support the planning and execution of client events, industry partnerships, and networking opportunities.
o Develop marketing collateral and pre/post-event communication to maximize outreach impact.
o Track event performance and gather insights to improve future engagement. -
Data & Reporting:
o Maintain marketing dashboards and provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
o Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) to monitor engagement and track business outcomes.
About You:
- Strong marketing operations experience with hands-on execution of digital campaigns, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation and business marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple campaigns within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and optimize strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including sales, research, and leadership.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in content marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing operations.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement or lead generation.
- Property background preferred.
- B2B business background preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or Sitecore.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, paid campaigns, content marketing, and CRM-driven strategies.
