What You Will Do
  • Secure Labor and Material (HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration) business as per sales forecasts while meeting specified margin requirements in existing AMC jobs and NIC base.
  • Collaborate with owners to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls’ products and capabilities.
  • Support the operations team in preparing and submitting quotations.
  • Conduct market surveys and deliver marketing and sales presentations to customers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Department to maximize business outcomes.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to contracts, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Prepare proposals, drawings, and quotations as per customer requirements.
  • Secure orders, ensure planned margins, and align execution with the operations team.
  • Maintain records of all jobs tendered or quoted and share weekly updates with the Business Manager.
  • Submit weekly activity reports to the Business Manager.
  • Plan and execute effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Follow up with customers for timely collections.
What We Are Looking For
  • Educational Qualification: Technical Diploma / Degree in a relevant field

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5–6 years of sales experience (preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially Chillers
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Good market knowledge of key players, consultants, and customers
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows
    • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel as required
    • Ability to work flexible or extended hours when needed
