Roles and Responsibilities: 

Financial Accounting & Control: 

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP/AR Fixed Assets and Intercompany Transactions. 

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards. 

• Maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and meet compliance requirements. 

Accounts Finalization and Reporting: 

• Finalize Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements ensuring accuracy of entries, accruals and provisions are appropriately recorded. 

• Prepare and Review Monthly Management Accounts. 

• Conduct Detailed Fluctuation and Variance Analysis and highlight key drivers that impact financial results. 

• Prepare Comprehensive Management Reports and Commentaries highlighting risks and recommendations. 

Statutory Audit & Compliance: 

• Coordinate end to end Statutory Audit process with Auditors for timely closure of audits with minimal to none queries. 

• Address Audit Observations and ensure implementation of recommended control improvements. 

• Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Regulatory Requirements. 

Global Reporting & Query Management: 

• Liasion with Global Finance Teams for reporting requirements, consolidations of data and reviews. 

• Respond to global queries pertaining to financial statements, balances and fluctuation explanations. 

• Prepare and submit Financial Dashboards and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. 

Collaborate to ensure alignment of accounting policies and closing timelines.
