- Design and prototype autonomous AI agents for select use cases (e.g., sprint tracking, code review assistants, smart QA orchestration).
- Implement agentic workflows and integrate LLMs, multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Windsurf, AutoGen, etc.), and enterprise knowledge platforms (e.g., Glean, Copilot).
- Build, test, and document agentic UI components and user experiences for business and technical stakeholders.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of agentic AI solutions across services (including integration with project management tools, APIs, and cloud platforms).
- Stay up to date with agentic AI trends, new toolkits, and patterns through technical research and experimentation.
- Assist in developing best practices and reusable components for Agentic AI implementations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6–8 years in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or related domains (with recent hands-on experience in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or intelligent workflow solutions preferred).
- Working knowledge of agentic AI development platforms (e.g., Windsurf, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Glean, or similar).
- Experience implementing, testing, and maintaining Python-based agent scripts and workflows.
- Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.), knowledge management, and enterprise automation platforms.
- Proficiency with modern APIs, workflow orchestration, and basic front-end frameworks (React/Vue is a plus).
- Ability to document solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous learning orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
