Lead Engineer responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable customer-facing solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform. Duties include full SDLC involvement, requirements gathering, custom development in Apex/Visualforce/Lightning, integrations (REST/SOAP/SFTP), use of CI/TDD, documentation in Confluence/JIRA, and collaborating with product management and customers to deliver and support configurations and customizations.

Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows by integrating enterprise systems, MCP servers, APIs, vector search/RAG, automation tools, and monitoring to solve business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
