Maintain and optimize Oracle PL/SQL data modules, debug Java/J2EE applications, monitor performance, coordinate cross-functional incident response, perform root cause analysis, and document SOPs and improvements.

Maintain and support Majesco Policy product Oracle codebase, design and implement database packages/procedures, perform database scripting, unit testing, code review, performance tuning, QC support, defect tracking, and provide functional expertise on policy modules.

Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows by integrating enterprise systems, MCP servers, APIs, vector search/RAG, automation tools, and monitoring to solve business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
