Partners with technology, Legal, Sales, Support, and Services teams to define requirements, manage risks, strengthen audit readiness, and drive change enablement. Tracks adoption, compliance, stakeholder feedback, and business impact through sustained implementation.

Leads solution architecture and hands-on Java software development in the insurance domain. Mentors engineers, designs and implements integrated systems, resolves complex technical issues, authors design documentation, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, supports Agile delivery, and provides strategic guidance on future projects.
