Design and deliver application solutions on the Majesco Digital1st platform, configure UIs and components, integrate with customer/third-party systems, perform performance tuning, estimate and drive end-to-end delivery, review testing scope, perform impact analysis, mentor team members, and coordinate with platform teams for issue resolution and feature discussions.

Lead support engineer responsible for triaging and resolving production incidents for Majesco Policy products. Maintain and optimize Oracle PL/SQL data modules, debug Java/J2EE applications, monitor performance, coordinate cross-functional incident response, perform root cause analysis, and document SOPs and improvements.

Maintain and support Majesco Policy product Oracle codebase, design and implement database packages/procedures, perform database scripting, unit testing, code review, performance tuning, QC support, defect tracking, and provide functional expertise on policy modules.
