About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies, database design, caching, and AI-powered data systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy production-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js.
- Develop robust backend APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance.
- Work with Vector Databases to build AI-powered search, recommendation, or RAG-based features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- 4-5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Redis.
- Experience working with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB, or similar).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design principles.
- Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI/LLM applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of security and performance optimization best practices.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
