Work experience & skills: Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in a multinational environment, with in depth experience in IFRS, Indian GAAP, Ind AS and US GAAP reporting and various processes of accounts & finance. Duties/Responsibilities: § Manages the team who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. § Coordinates & guides the team devise ways for working efficiently. § Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions as per IFRS , IGAAP, INDAS § Preparation of Standalone and consolidated financial statements. § Providing end-to-end finance and accounts solutions, handling Statutory and tax Audit of Companies § Ensure timely closure of books on monthly basis § and budget preparation. § Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets. § Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. § Provide audit support to the auditors, Coordinates with auditors and provides needed information ensuring audit is completed on time. § Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage § Results oriented and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment § Proven analytical and decision-making skills § Flexibility & proactivity § Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders § Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: § Excellent management and supervisory skills. § Excellent written and verbal communication skills. § Excellent organizational and time management skills. § Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or similar software would be an added advantage

§ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
