Senior Executive ‐ Sales Excellence & Analytics

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Lead the Sales Excellence & Analytics function, which will research, capture, and analyze sales data and market insights to generate reports and recommendations for strategic and operational business development and risk mitigation decision making to carry out informed and data driven negotiations with customers whilst driving the Digital and Product TA / Offense strategies to support frontend business organizational demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide and support team gather insights by obtaining Market Research to in identifying opportunities by understand the business landscape for ventures, new strategic locations, customer insights, Competitor Analysis and propose business models and carry out the preliminary groundwork with proposed recommendations via Cost benefit analysis and support leadership decision making.
Drive Business Analytics by contribute to Business Planning, development, Strategy formulation and LRP, Budgets and support timely decision making to meet the set timelines, whilst participating and leading on Turnaround initiatives to achieve frontend deliverables via revenue offence and other projects which leads to profitability enhancements for the business.
Drive and align to Hoshin, Annual Budget Preparation of Sales, OH, CAPEX budgets and budgetary controls for Business creation including Development - C & S, E-Knit and BRA, Operations, Sourcing & Supply Chain and Material development and set monthly follow up and monitoring controls to highlight deviations and support to realign pillar leads to improve overall performance of the division.
Manage special projects as and when the need arises and follow up on the timely and accurate enactment of same by liaising with relevant internal business teams in order to obtain necessary information and resources thereby, ensuring its accurate completion in order to facilitate business development
Identify and develop controls to ensure all risks and opportunities are highlighted in a timely and accurate manner to increase efficiency in work processes and to reduce work, manual work in non-value adding activities through, Automation, Digitization and Lean initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Finance / Management
- Professional qualification – CIMA will be advantageous.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar capability
- Good understanding of the business and its stakeholders
- Strong appetite for Research and Analytical Skills
- Good Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
- IT Literacy
