Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization.
Work closely with team members to implement best practices and standardize workflows.
Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Generate regular reports summarizing project progress, key metrics, and performance against goals.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or outcomes.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
