Information Security Responsibilities
- Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
- Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint
Role and Responsibilities
- A graduate or postgraduate (B.Com/M.Com/MBA) with 4 - 6 years of experience in Record to Report function.
- A candidate who has discontinued CA/CMA course and has at least 2 years of experience in Record to Report function can also apply.
- The Candidate should have good communications skills.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Support monthly closing processes in the Record-to-Report (R2R) function.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing fixed assets, including tracking, depreciation, and asset lifecycle management.
- Support the preparation of tax and other statutory documents including STPI, FEMA etc.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and controls.
- Assist in audits and ensuring the organization adheres to financial and operational guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage.
