Information Security Responsibilities
- Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
- Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint
Role and Responsibilities
- A Chartered Accountant with 4 - 6 years of experience working in Record to Report function.
- A candidate who has discontinued CA course and has at least 12 years of experience in Record to Report function can also apply.
- The Candidate should have good communications skills.
- Ensure monthly closure of books as per the agreed timeline.
- Review of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Preparation of Flux analysis for Profit & Loss account
- Review of Balance Sheet schedules in the format required by the management.
- Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure financial integrity.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory standards, including GST and TDS.
- Review of Advance tax and self-assessment tax computation as per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961.
- Manage the annual audit process, liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax, and transfer pricing auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage.
