As a Senior Engineer at Micron, you will have the outstanding opportunity to build the future of memory and storage solutions. Your role will involve:
- Upgrading process capabilities and implementing strategies to reduce production costs.
- Developing and modifying process management projects.
- Setting up and maintaining process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluating, promoting, and planning the integration of new equipment and materials.
- Conducting abnormal analysis and implementing improvements to maintain high standards.
- Leading cross-functional teams to successfully improve yield or efficiency where required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience with CMP/WET processes.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in memory product development or manufacturing.
- Proven automation skills through previous projects requiring coding, machine learning, or scripting.
- A mentality centered on problem-solving with a passion for finding creative and effective solutions.
- Strong interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and the memory industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong personal initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Build of Experiment, and Engineering Statistical data analysis is essential.
