Role: Senior Engagement Manager

As a Senior Engagement Manager , you will be responsible for heading and managing the P&L, delivery efforts and ensuing the execution is sublime of all projects in a B2B environment for Data, Cloud , AI solutions for customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Defining and building the project management disciplines, the processes, governance framework, technology baseline, conflict management, resource management, and associated reporting.
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of projects by being accountable to deliver as per Service Levels agreements.
- Responsible for P&L and delivery performance with an aim to maximize ROI
- Guide the Portfolio Leaders, Sr Engagement Managers and Principal Architects on aspects related to Project Management, Client Management and Resource Management. Should be able to build a strong performing team.
- Ensuring prompt identification and resolution of Delivery issues or technical objections and develop strategies to mitigate the same.
- Managing customer communication & relationships with senior stakeholders including CXOs
- Challenge and inspire customers and team members to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions.
- Staffing and leading Service Delivery Management team and enhancing their growth and development.
- Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies and best practices to help grow footprint within existing accounts.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.
Required Skills
- At least 15+ years of experience in managing multi-shore Services Delivery with distributed technology teams. PMP Certification
- 5+ years in Consulting role driving delivery led growth
- Experience in IOTs, Intelligent Automations, Data & Cloud Transformation
- Experience in leading large teams of 100+ members (direct and indirect reports)
- Able to provide thought leadership in the Customer Experience in IIOT or Industrial Domain
- Excellent delivery track record fuelled by strong leadership and a strategic outlook.
- Strong people management skill.
- Extensive experience in working with customers having global operations with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth for the Key accounts.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, a strong desire to learn and shape one’s own career path
