Role: Senior Engagement Manager
Experience: 14 Years+

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for heading and managing the customer engagements , delivery efforts in a B2B environment for Customer service teams of various organizations.
Role & Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Managing customer communication, relationships and escalation management.
- Guide the client on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership and direction.
- Constantly sync with the product & Business team to align on business priorities, and plan for long term and short-term architecture goals.
- Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Take a lead in preparing functional and technical specification documents.
- Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions
Project Delivery:
- Own the complete project lifecycle by managing the solutioning, engineering, testing, release and maintenance.
- Lead project deliveries while managing multiple responsibilities in high paced environment, where you are empowered to make a difference
- Lead engagements with multiple work-streams; prepare project plans and manage deliverables.
- Guide and help team members to debug and solve technical problems.Project deliverables reviews and follow through till issues closure.
- Review and perform code walkthrough and quality reviews.
- Conflict resolution and dependency management.
Team management:
- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities. Identify key customer technical objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Ensure proper skill development of team members.
- Guide and help team members to debug and solve technical problems.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required
Required Skills
- Excellent client communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
- Experience to manage a midsize team (30-50) is a must.
- Experienced in managing mid to large size data and cloud engagements using GCP/AWS/Azure platforms and services.
- Ability to discuss data management, data governance and data integration related issues and provide a point of view.
- Problem solving mindset and ability to guide the team to resolve project issues.
- Good grasp of risk management, scope management and project profitability.
Nice to have skills:
- Design and solutioning experience using services and tools of cloud platforms like GCP/AWS/Azure.
- Understanding of the latest trends in data management, cloud storage and hybrid cloud architecture.
- Good understanding of application data security and infrastructure security.
- Experience and knowledge of critical phases of the sales process which includes requirement gathering, sales planning, solution scoping, proposal building and client presentation.
- Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in cloud, Open AI, data science and Artificial Intelligence.
