About you and this role:
As a Senior Controller Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing consistent superior cost accounting support services and reporting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Month End Closing – Generate and review reports for Cost Accountants using Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access and MS Excel.
- Product Cost Estimates (PCE) – Generate reporting and investigate/resolve variances (monthly and quarterly).
- Work on manual Journal Entry processing and Miscellaneous Invoice creation, Cost Center Recovery, Service Billing and Internal Order Settlement, Cost Center Budget Reporting
- Provide audit support for annual internal/external Cost Accounting related audit
- Participate in work process changes, work process improvements, automation, standardization, with other Finance and Cost Accounting teams
- Create/maintain thorough documentation for work processes and create/implement work process improvements or automations as needed
Qualifications:
- Qualified CMA/CA – 1+ years of Costing/relevant experience
- Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with 2+ years of costing and accounting experience
- B.com/M.com, or a relevant field and/or 3+ years of costing and accounting experience is required.
- Strong skills in SAP, Excel and Dow reporting tools

- Team player with proactive communication style
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities from multiple sources
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
