Provide APAC indirect tax process and system expertise across Purchasing, Planning, PTP and OTC. Build, test and implement tax determination solutions in SAP/OneSource, resolve production issues, perform root cause analyses, support testing with IT, document processes, train stakeholders, and contribute tax perspective to M&A and system design.

Manage and deliver regional total rewards (compensation and benefits) programs across multiple EMEAI countries. Support benefits operations, portals, insurance programs, wellbeing initiatives, remuneration surveys, market benchmarking, pay planning, vendor engagement, escalated HR inquiries, and continuous improvement of knowledge base and processes to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

Support ISC Improvement by executing and sustaining supply chain processes, project delivery, escalation resolution, metrics tracking, process documentation, and basic data analysis. Develop training materials and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption of standards and incremental process improvements within a guided scope.

Ensure P2P general ledger accounts are accurately reconciled, monitor aged items, resolve issues with stakeholders, support audits and internal controls, and drive process improvements and automation.

Perform month-end reconciliations and clear aged P2P liability items. Monitor and import account details into BlackLine, follow up with operations to resolve aged items, correct reports per approver feedback, and ensure compliance with internal accounting standards and SOPs.
