Responsibilities include selling products, developing market opportunities, generating leads, executing sales plans, forecasting, negotiating pricing, managing distributors, and growing market share. The role requires strong customer relationship, account planning, communication, networking, sales, and negotiation skills, along with relevant chemical or polymer industry experience and domestic travel.

Provides cost accounting support, including cost center expense review, budgeting, allocations, variance analysis, product cost estimates, inventory counting and reconciliation, and inventory valuation across management, tax, and statutory books. Supports audits, resolves costing and intercompany variances, prepares reporting, and delivers financial analysis for business decision-making.

Administer statutory reporting platforms and support the preparation of global financial statements under IFRS and Ind AS. Lead reporting-cycle readiness, system governance, vendor coordination, data integrity, compliance issue resolution, and dashboard development.
