Support ISC Improvement by executing and sustaining supply chain processes, project delivery, escalation resolution, metrics tracking, process documentation, and basic data analysis. Develop training materials and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption of standards and incremental process improvements within a guided scope.

Serve as a global subject-matter expert building and deploying marketing capabilities (CRM, insights, data, campaign and lead management). Lead account management and new business efforts for an assigned portfolio, develop and execute sales and account plans, negotiate pricing and contracts, maintain CRM pipelines and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve commercial and supply issues, and drive profitable revenue, margin expansion, and customer retention.

Manage invoicing lifecycle in SAP: create, validate, reprint, cancel and manually issue invoices. Maintain accounting transaction integrity, perform reconciliations, support month/quarter close, update exchange rates, monitor mailbox, resolve discrepancies, and assist audits while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Lead an Invoice-to-Cash team managing people, performance, staffing, coaching and daily operations. Act as SOX and audit focal point, partner with Credit, SMEs and Customer Service, drive collections and dispute resolution, monitor KPIs, support continuous improvement, and communicate with business stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Lead accounts receivable and collections activities for assigned customers, improve I2C processes, manage reconciliations and credit issues, support audits and SOX compliance, coordinate with credit/commercial teams, deliver KPIs (Percent Current Receivables, DSO), and provide training and ECC/SAP product testing support.

Manage customer accounts receivable as primary A/R contact: lead collections for near-due and past-due balances, perform account reconciliations, resolve credit blocks and discrepancies, collaborate with Credit, Invoice-to-Cash and commercial teams, support ECC/SAP testing, and drive A/R improvement projects while ensuring SOX and legal compliance.

Lead end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives: problem framing, process documentation, metrics, escalation resolution, training, and cross-functional change management to ensure sustained, data-driven operational improvements.

Provide cost accounting support including month-end close, product cost estimates, GMID maintenance, inventory reconciliation, cost center and cycle count reviews. Partner on process improvements, RPA/automation, reporting (Power BI, Diamond), and stakeholder communication. Maintain documentation and support budgeting activities.

Manage and execute global benefits operations including medical, savings, pension, and country-specific plans. Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries, escalate and track cases, improve knowledge base and processes, perform data audits and analytics, and support continuous improvement to optimize benefit performance and service delivery.
