Support ISC Improvement by executing and sustaining supply chain processes, project delivery, escalation resolution, metrics tracking, process documentation, and basic data analysis. Develop training materials and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption of standards and incremental process improvements within a guided scope.

Serve as a global subject-matter expert building and deploying marketing capabilities (CRM, insights, data, campaign and lead management). Consult with internal stakeholders, drive improvements and innovations, support integrated marketing tactics, and collaborate across global teams to improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead account management and new business efforts for an assigned portfolio, develop and execute sales and account plans, negotiate pricing and contracts, maintain CRM pipelines and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve commercial and supply issues, and drive profitable revenue, margin expansion, and customer retention.
