Leads Dow’s global Total Rewards Operations Hub in Navi Mumbai, establishing the team, operating model, governance, controls, service standards, documentation, and continuous improvement processes. Oversees global compensation and benefits delivery, audit readiness, process transitions, automation, stakeholder management, and team development across regions. Requires extensive HR and Total Rewards experience, strong leadership, operational transformation skills, and ability to work across international time zones in a hybrid office environment.

Executes global compensation, incentive, equity, allowance, benchmarking, and merit processes. Performs data validation, audits, reporting, controls, and compensation statement generation while supporting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Maintains process documentation, resolves HR cases, and serves as an escalation point. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant delivery. The role also contributes to analytics and digital process improvement in a hybrid Navi Mumbai environment.

The Treasury Manager leads treasury activities involving cash-flow forecasting, capital structure analysis, financial scenario modeling, debt covenant compliance, rating agency engagement, treasury budgeting, and board reporting. The role manages treasury projects and teams, supports financial risk management and portfolio investments, and collaborates across functions and geographies. Strong analytical, communication, financial markets, treasury management, and process improvement skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel, SAP, VBA, Power Query, and Power Automate.
