Partners with commercial, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, and technology teams to improve margins, supply resilience, flexibility, and growth. Influences cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a matrixed organization.

Leads global hazard communication activities, including safety data sheets, product labels, GHS classifications, regulatory notifications, and compliance processes. Develops tools, templates, automated rules, and training; supports SAP EH&S updates, audits, inspections, regulatory intelligence, advocacy, and complex compliance issue resolution. Works across international teams and accommodates global time zones.

Manages demand planning, forecasting, consumption analysis, allocation, and supply performance across EMEAI and Asia Pacific. The role consolidates cross-functional demand inputs, monitors forecast accuracy in OMP, identifies supply risks, facilitates planning meetings, and develops mitigation plans. It also supports commercial excellence initiatives, CRM administration, customer surveys, digital ordering, data governance, and continuous improvement while coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and regional teams.
