As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our customers and be their advisor and champion best practice in both backend and frontend development of the Board toolkit applications. You’ll work alongside our customers to architect complex planning solutions and other BI and CPM applications guiding the customer from design to Go-Live.

We are currently looking for an analytical, self-motivated Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our customers and be their advisor and champion best practice in both backend and frontend development of the Board toolkit applications. You’ll work alongside our customers to architect complex planning solutions and other BI and CPM applications guiding the customer from design to Go-Live.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and engineer implementation of the Board BI and CPM solution from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery for planning applications
- Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project’s needs
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Collaborate with our customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and design solutions that meet their needs
- Manage customer relationships, build trust and credibility, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge and skills of Board products and technologies
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in BI/CPM and planning; and share that knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues
- Be responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns
- Be an expert in a specific focus area of Board’s positioning like Finance- (Economics/Accounting) or S&OP-Supply Chain, etc.
Requirements:
- Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or any relevant field. Engineering degree with MBA preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience with multi-dimensional systems
- Experience with Cloud solutions
- Proven experience in Transformation Project Implementations preferrable within the CPG or manufacturing
- Familiarity with SQL and ODBC data source connections will be a plus
- Able to work against very tight target dates in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Availability to travel, domestically or internationally
- PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, PMP will be considered a plus
