As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing SAP solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, adhering to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Enhance and optimize existing SAP systems, ensuring efficient performance and scalability.
- Support and troubleshoot SAP ABAP applications, resolving issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest ABAP technologies and trends, incorporating them into development processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP ABAP development activities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
- Expertise in modern ABAP technologies, including ABAP Objects, OOP concepts, and SAPUI5.
- Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and HANA Studio.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration concepts, and data modeling.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
