Generate and convert international B2B leads for BPO/KPO outsourcing solutions through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels. Manage discovery calls, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and the complete sales cycle. Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines, achieve lead generation and revenue targets, coordinate client onboarding with internal teams, and develop long-term client relationships.

Requirements
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and target potential clients across international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Make regular cold calls and outbound sales calls to decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable BPO/KPO and outsourcing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and online meetings with prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage prospects through the complete sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Negotiate with prospects and independently close deals.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert opportunities into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
