Job Summary:**
The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting GlobeOp India's operations, contributing to the efficient and accurate execution of various financial services tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform complex data analysis, reconciliation, and validation for financial transactions and reports.
* Process and review financial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory reports, and other critical documentation.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to data, processes, or systems.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to clarify information and provide updates.
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team.
* Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a similar analytical role.
* Proven experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and report generation.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and other financial software.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
