The Senior Associate Sales Revenue Enablement Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, accountable for providing detailed support on sales processes, tools, methods and systems that will enable the sales teams to achieve overall sales revenue targets objectives.
- Contributes to gathering data and conducting analysis of company sales and profitability.
- Proactively supports the development of methods for measuring company sales performance.
- Supports the examination of sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Facilitates sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Supports sales teams by creating, evaluating and optimising data sets and sales applications and platforms.
- Contributes to the implementation by sales forecasting by analysing past data and trends to forecast future sales.
- Responsible for training new and current employees on sales and marketing collateral, product sets, sales processes, systems and tools.
- Proactively supports the establishment of sales fulfilment processes and makes recommendations for sales operations enhancement.
- Contributes to the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales reports and ensure distribution to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Works with sales team and management on pipeline management, including but not limited to pipeline integrity (data entry compliance), competitive data, ROI data, etc.
- Proactively supports the onboarding of new sales team members on all toolsets and processes.
- Plays a pivotal role in increasing sales team productivity directly contribute to the efficiency of sales processes.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

- Knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies.
- Able to work in a team and independently with a proactive approach to work and assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a learning and development or related field.
- Moderate level experience with CRM and sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Moderate level experience adult learning methodologies and content development.
- Moderate level sales or sales enablement experience in a business to business sales environment.
- Moderate level experience facilitating learning and implementing learning programs in a sales environment.
