Responsibilities:
- • Manage inbound client calls in addition to emails of clients from USA and Canada • Provide live assistance to customers for troubleshooting any technical issues with Morningstar software • Learn and develop expertise in our data, products and services to assist clients.
- • Stay current on recently released software enhancements.
- • Provide customer feedback to our product management teams. Proactively educate customers on beneficial features of Morningstar products
Requirements:
- • Male candidates only owing to US shifts only / shifts commences at 7:30 PM India time • A bachelor's degree (non-technical only) is preferred - technical graduates need not apply
- • An interest in the investment industry • Excellent written and spoken language skills with a neutral accent
- • Analytical skills
- • Proficiency with Windows-based applications
- • Flexibility, patience and positive attitude to assist clients • Previous experience in a customer service or international call centers would be preferred • Exceptional candidates without relevant prior experience may be considered
