About the Role
We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will translate market insights and business objectives into actionable product strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage. You'll work cross-functionally to influence product direction and align stakeholders through structured thinking, compelling insights, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities and inform product direction
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide product decisions and business strategy
- Develop structured frameworks and strategic models to evaluate product opportunities and prioritize initiatives
- Create compelling presentations and strategic narratives that effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to align on strategic priorities and implementation plans
- Design and execute research projects to validate assumptions and gather insights about customer needs and market trends
- Monitor key metrics and market indicators to measure strategy effectiveness and recommend course corrections
- Support leadership in strategic planning processes and business reviews
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product strategy, management consulting, or similar strategic roles
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning complex data into actionable insights
- Excellence in structured communication, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to create compelling, executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives
- Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive initiatives independently
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
