As a Product Portfolio Operations Specialist within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Validation Program. You will ensure successful execution of product validation processes, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and optimize product portfolio performance. You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing product validation strategies and processes.
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of product performance data to ensure compliance with validation criteria.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for validation purposes.
• Ensure all product validation activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to product validation and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Work closely with product development, compliance, risk management, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
