Senior Associate Product Development
Be an Early Applicant
Develop product and marketing strategies, recommend actions to executive management, and drive product roadmap execution. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, make prioritization trade-offs, identify opportunities, and ensure efficient product delivery. Collaborate across matrixed teams while applying product development, data analysis, user journey, API, Figma, and generative AI knowledge.
1. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
2. Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); proven ability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion.
3. Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
4. Having knowledge and understanding of various technologies like FIGMA, user journey, Data analysis, Product development, Api understanding
5. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
6. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. MS/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
9. Understanding of latest technology stacks and APIs is plus.
10. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools
