Conduct risk-based internal audits across financial, operational, compliance, and IT areas. Develop audit plans, perform walkthroughs and control testing, identify gaps and root causes, assess governance and regulatory compliance, prepare reports, communicate findings, track remediation, and provide advisory support for process improvements and system implementations.
Audit Planning & Execution
- Conduct risk-based

Risk, Control & Governance
- Evaluate the
effectiveness of internal controls for NPCI Group
- Assess compliance with
policies, procedures, laws, and regulations applicable to NPCI group.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare clear, concise
audit reports with practical recommendations.
- Discuss findings with
process owners and management.
- Track and follow up on
agreed management actions.
- Present audit results to
senior management / audit committees (for senior roles).
Advisory & Value Addition
- Provide advisory support
on process improvements, system implementations, and new initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor
while maintaining independence.
- Support continuous
improvement of internal audit methodology.
Requirements
- CA with 2+ years for PQE.
- Risk based Internal audits.
- Governance risk and controls
- Hands on experience on Internal Audits - Operation audits, Concurrent audits,Thematic audits,Financial audits
- Experience in BFSI sector
