JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You’ll Do:
- Support business units in achieving optimal business results, through sound business decisions based on insightful business analysis, knowledge and strategic thinking.
- Provide these functions with meaningful planning processes and methods that lead to clear business direction and objectives, and means to measure and monitor performance as tool for future improvements.
- Participate in the developments of strategic business plans.
- Ensure proper internal control on all major business processes.
- To continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and systems – drive systems improvements and implementation in order to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Manage and provide support on any financial matters raised by business partners.
- Support any ad hoc request from respective business units.
- Provide guidance and develop competency of direct report.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are
- Professional certification / Master / Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics / Mathematical / Business.
- Articulate with excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Professionally qualified member of a recognised accounting institute.
- Some audit experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Proficient in Word and Power Point.
