Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates interdepartmental activities and research efforts.
- Plans and provides timely high-level demos of Chromatography PL in agreement with Sales, Product & Business leader.
- Assists Sales Professionals in assessing customer needs, differentiating from competition PKI’s value proposition, handling customer objections and helping to close when necessary for Chromatography PL.
- Performs product and applications training GC, GCHS, GCMS, Analyser’s to Sales Professionals and third-party agents/dealers and develops sales professionals’ skills for simple demos and independent selling.
- Shall be able to take up advanced levels Chromatography PL application & software trainings at COE lab & customer sites.
- Capable of troubleshooting applications & instrument challenges to enhance customer experience.
- Provides technical support to the local sales professionals
- Assists service partners in developing the training material and becoming independent in performing high level customers training.
- Generates a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support.
- Maintain domain knowledge and expertise in relevant markets. Monitors market trends and competitive activity and how this relates to our products/business.
- Knowledge of PerkinElmer’s GC, GCHS, GCMS & its operating software is must.
