Manages customer service inquiries, sales order processing, purchase orders, order status updates, documentation, invoices, returns, complaints, and escalations for the SEA and Oceania region. Uses SAP to process orders, create delivery orders and invoices, maintain records, perform compliance checks, and track fulfillment. Coordinates with commercial, technical, service, and vendor teams to resolve issues, meet customer expectations, support installations, and improve processes. Prepares periodic MIS reports and participates in special projects.

Provides technical pre- and post-sales application support for FTIR/NIR instrumentation in dairy testing. Develops, validates, and transfers chemometric models and online, inline, and at-line methods using statistical and multivariate analysis. Conducts feasibility studies, demonstrations, customer training, technical presentations, and report writing. Collaborates on process control, market development, intellectual property, and cross-functional projects while supporting key customers and opinion leaders.

Provide technical demos, training, and application support for inorganic analytical instruments (ICP-MS/MS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, MDS). Support sales by assessing customer needs, differentiating products, troubleshooting instruments and software, developing training materials, and assisting service partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
