Senior Analyst

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of dedicated process modeling experience, with at least 2 years using ARIS Designer/Architect. Proven ability to translate complex business narratives (e.g., workshop output, SOPs) into accurate, structured process maps ready for LLM Ingestion
WORK EXPERIENCE:
•    Successfully mapped a very high volume of diverse enterprise processes (100+)  by strictly adhering to formal Process Design Templates (PDTs) and architectural specifications. 
•    Demonstrated ability to rapidly and accurately translate PDTs into compliant ARIS models (EPC/BPMN) in an industrialized, "factory" environment.
•    Proven competency in maintaining semantic and attribute consistency as defined by the Architect, ensuring the output is optimized for downstream LLM ingestion.
TOOLS / CERTIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:
•    Tools: ARIS Designer/Architect (Expert User), ARIS Connect, Defect Management Tools (Jira/Azure DevOps).
•    Certifications: ARIS Process Modeler/Analyst Certification (Mandatory), BPMN 2.0 Certification (Preferred). 
•    Skills: Exceptional Attention to Detail (Focus on Semantic Accuracy), KPI-Driven, Ability to Adhere to Strict Standards
