Senior Analyst

This role is the
operational hub between merchant partners, the loyalty engine, and downstream e-commerce/web teams - ensuring day-to-day and weekly loyalty offers are curated, configured, executed, and reported on without disruption. The role also supports budget operations for marketing, including forecast consolidation and accrual/factor-rate reporting.

Key responsibilities

Loyalty Offer Management
• Engage merchant partners on a frequent (day-to-week/weekly) basis to gather loyalty offer requirements.
• Curate and configure offers within the loyalty engine, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with downstream partners (e-commerce, website) to communicate offer changes and ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor in-flight offers closely, tracking status and flagging issues before they impact execution.
• Partner with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting offer setup or delivery.

Reporting & Performance
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date tracking of all offers in progress.
• Prepare and deliver monthly offer performance reporting and presentations to merchant teams.

• Manage accrual reporting, including factor-rate calculations.
• Ensure data feeds supporting offer performance reporting are accurate and clearly communicated to merchant
partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Serve as a clear, consistent communication link across merchant partners, IT, and internal loyalty stakeholders.
• Proactively surface risks, blockers, and status updates to keep offer execution on track.
 

Budget & Forecast Operations
• Support marketing P&L management across loyalty and related workstreams.
• Collect and consolidate forecast submissions from all involved stakeholders and workstream leads.
• Work with budget partners and marketing leads to capture monthly/quarterly needs and apply appropriate budget changes.

Required Experience & Skills
• 5-8 years of experience in loyalty operations management, with hands-on offer setup/configuration experience.
• Demonstrated experience in budget operations, forecasting, or marketing P&L support.
• Strong, proactive communication skills - comfortable managing frequent touchpoints with merchant partners and cross-functional teams (IT, e-commerce, web).
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple in-flight offers and reporting cycles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with accrual/factor-rate calculations and financial reporting concepts.
