RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Export Operations, be a functional expert and Scratch, Set up routines and focus on Process excellence
- Responsible initially to do transition of process, understand and be able to guide teams in setting up the process on the floor and be a change management agent
- Lead and drive Service reviews of KPIs , SLAs and governance meetings to action continuous improvements
- Identify opportunities across the E2E supply chain to enable KHC operations cost improvement and process standardization
- Consolidation of LTL Shipments, review, track, forecast and adjust intra-company shipments using SAP - develop and communicate deployment forecast to Transportation and Warehousing
- Daily management of the Sailing Schedule and ,Customer Pickup planning and Pulling orders forward to meet payload goals for both primary and secondary network
- Floating orders to meet available capacity where necessary, Revisiting shipments to add on volume.
- Scheduling using Different Equipment Types (analysis required on load by load basis)
- Leading calls to address Expediting/Shortening Lead Time/ MOQs, to build solutions for customers without cost-in
- Effectively able to do Root Cause Analysis for issues and come up with implementable solutions
KEY INTERFACES
- Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
- Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations , Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
- Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years Experience in Logistics Operations especially in Exports Operations with awareness of Documentation and International logistics and shipping Operations
- Working Knowledge in OTM and SAP interfaces will be a added advantage
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
