The Technical Analyst will manage and govern master data across various domains, leveraging technical skills in ABAP, HANA, and SAP MDG. They will work on incident management, configuration, and enhancements, collaborating with multiple teams globally while delivering documentation and specifications.
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years-experience in Master Data management and governance, maintaining a knowledge of product, material, customer, vendor domains. Finance knowledge is also desirable
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) certification is preferred
- Should have worked in at-least two Master Data Governance support project and knowledgeable global delivery model operations
- Should be Technical in Master Data Governance, in-depth working knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP
- Should have worked on Data models (enhance data model in Flex/Re-Use mode), Rule based workflow, BRF + configuration, updating Decision tables, UIBB developments, working with BADI's and DRFOUT framework,
- Design and setup complex rule-based workflow with dynamic routing and parallel processing in SAP Master Data Governance.
- Extensively worked on HANA search, data quality check, duplicates check and custom checks on entities using BRF+ and BADI's.
- Configured Data Replication using SOA and IDOCS for MDG-M, MDG-BP and MDG-F and extended the SOA services and IDOCs with custom fields.
- Should have working/development experience of LSMW, HANA Load Cockpit transactions
- Should have working/development experience on reporting tools like Information Steward, Tableau tools
- Persuasive communicator, strong facilitator with the ability to be flexible and adjust approach to each situation
- Strong overall SAP knowledge - WRICEFs, ECC, MDG on S4, Workflow, Data Services, Ariba, S4 HANA, etc
- Experience with ServiceNow and incident management protocols
- Innovator mindset and drive to ensure continuous improvement, strong on building SOPs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work/interact/liaison with internal and external resources owning incident management, development / configuration, small enhancements, and end user engagement
- Works independently without handholding, supports other technical team members
- Ability to work across multiple domains and geographies. Including, but not limited to, North America, Latin America, Europe, Russia, Middle East/Africa, Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pacific, etc.
- Work with IT & Business Leadership to resolve identified issues permanently
- Deliver technical specifications, test cases, unit testing documentation
- Collaborate with the Data Management Factory, IT Master Data Team, Data Operations and Governance to support all domain processes
