Title: Senior Analyst
Location: Turbhe, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Skills
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
- Develop and present actionable reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Utilize statistical and data modeling techniques to address client-specific challenges.
Client Management Skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives to deliver customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Proactively communicate project updates, deliverables, and timelines to clients.
Project Management Skills
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams within D&B to ensure alignment of scope and successful project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / master’s in business administration (MBA) in Finance
- 3 years’ experience in data analysis, client management, or project management, within financial services or consulting industry.
- Proactive and inquisitive
- People management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
