  • Primary Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily BAU tasks related to Trailer Fees, PPL, and UK Offshore operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and checklists.
  • Ensure accurate calculation, validation, and processing of trailer fees and rebates in line with contractual agreements.
  • Support the daily pricing, reporting, and fund allocation processes for PPL, including handling late pricing scenarios.
  • Execute agreement updates and data maintenance for UK Offshore funds, including manual updates in third-party systems (e.g., SS&C).
  • Conduct internal checks, generate reports, and assist in preparing files for external parties such as Caceis and BNY Mellon.
  • Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues to the Manager or UK stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks within SLAs and provide coverage during team absences.
  • Support onboarding of new investors and other ongoing projects as assigned.
  • Assist with other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and interact with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals
  • Provide assistance to stakeholders for any ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and assume individual responsibility for preserving and enhancing controls to facilitate the improvement of the overall process.
  • Ensure the timely completion of daily tasks within service level agreements by effectively planning and scheduling work.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of fund operations and transfer agency processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial systems

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in transfer agency or investment operations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
