Lead income and revenue accounting for trading income, fees, commissions and rebates. Oversee client invoicing, cash collection, intercompany recharges, balance sheet items and month/quarter close. Lead Fund Master operations within Investment Data Services, owning fund data strategy, governance, reconciliation, automation and Fundipedia implementations. Manage team, ensure data quality, regulatory compliance (UCITS, MiFID II, SFDR), deliver KPIs, collaborate across investments, compliance, distribution, vendors, and global teams, and integrate sustainability data.

Lead financial performance reporting and BI initiatives: build Power BI dashboards using DAX and data modeling, extract and analyze data with SQL and Python, use advanced Excel and Power Platform tools, leverage AI assistants (Copilot, Claude) for insights, and support FP&A activities.

Lead and support capital modelling, risk scenario generation, stress testing and reporting for with-profits and non-profit products. Maintain spreadsheet controls, documentation and audit trails, collaborate with Finance and Risk stakeholders across locations, and continually develop actuarial and technical knowledge to deliver accurate, timely outputs.

Lead evaluation of private equity opportunities: conduct due diligence, market and macro research, build financial models, prepare investment memos, manage closing, monitor portfolio performance, and produce valuation and monitoring reports for investment committees.

Lead tax controls and reconciliations, support UK direct tax quarterly reporting and disclosures, implement process improvements and controls, maintain process documentation, manage stakeholder relationships, and uphold risk, compliance and control culture by identifying and resolving control weaknesses.

Manage monthly and quarterly income processes including UK rebates and trailer fees under CASS regulations, produce accruals and flash reports, review invoices and accruals, support audits, maintain income controls and process documentation, set up new funds, and liaise with internal finance and external administrators.

Perform daily and monthly bank and client money reconciliations, maintain accurate accounting records, monitor cash and foreign currency balances, administer bank account set-ups and signatories, oversee third-party reconciliations, and produce monthly Client Money and Asset returns to the FCA while ensuring adherence to internal policies and CASS rules.

Lead DDQ delivery, maintain and optimise consultant databases, oversee ESG query responses, support RFPs, and drive process optimisation and AI-enabled innovations. Build governance, KPIs and scalable operating models while managing a Mumbai-based team and aligning stakeholders across investment, risk, compliance and global distribution.

Lead and coach a team to interpret investment mandates, code compliance rules in Aladdin, resolve breaches, support fund managers on pre/post-trade rules, collaborate with BlackRock Solutions, and drive process improvements while ensuring ESG and regulatory compliance.

Provide legal counsel for Global Services: draft, vet, negotiate and finalise complex contracts; manage litigation and investigations; ensure compliance with global policies; build relationships with senior stakeholders and Group legal; establish controls and processes to reduce operational risk.

Support actuarial valuation transformation by mapping processes, documenting methodologies, re‑engineering workflows, preparing and transforming valuation datasets, building dashboards, performing transaction monitoring, and collaborating with actuarial, finance and technology teams to deliver automated, controlled valuation processes.

Lead revenue accounting and month/quarter/half-year close processes for trading income (fees, performance fees, commissions, rebates). Produce balance sheet items including intercompany positions, support and manage external audits, analyze results, and develop team talent while handling ad-hoc Revenue Management tasks and leadership support.
