Validate and transform policyholder data for actuarial modelling and assumption setting. Produce specifications, controls, documentation, and analyses; review inputs/outputs; implement remediations; support stakeholders and deliver high-quality, auditable outputs under senior guidance.

Operate and maintain data pipelines that validate, transform and enrich policyholder data for actuarial modelling. Investigate and resolve data issues, implement controls and remediation, produce reports and dashboards, maintain documentation and governance evidence, and support audits and stakeholders. Deliver BAU updates and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes.

Lead and act as SME for Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). Manage incidents, drive platform improvements, embed security/compliance, support identity and access processes, produce documentation, and lead a technical team. Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and Network teams, champion continuous improvement, and manage projects from ideation to delivery using Agile practices.
