Develops project test scopes, ensuring complete business-requirement traceability and stakeholder sign-off. Creates end-to-end test scripts, expected outcomes, prerequisites, and dependencies in Jira. Executes tests, captures evidence, raises and retests defects, supports defect triage, and assists business users during testing. Collaborates closely with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and delivery within agreed timelines.

Leads the design, delivery, governance, and optimization of Azure infrastructure and platform solutions. Establishes Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, DevOps, GitOps, Kubernetes, security, RBAC, and cloud cost-management practices. Collaborates with application, security, and operations teams, supports automation and scripting, guides Agile delivery, mentors engineers, and promotes cloud community practices. The role requires strong Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, containerization, governance, and enterprise platform expertise.
