Defines architecture standards, guidelines, reusable patterns, and reference architectures; ensures software development, security, regulatory, and M&G standards are followed. The role engages global stakeholders, evaluates emerging technologies, manages risks, establishes KPIs, mentors implementation squads, and promotes technology-community learning and collaboration.

Designs and delivers applied AI and automation solutions for insurance, asset-management, and finance processes. Responsibilities include architecture, RAG, LLM and agentic workflows, systems integration, AI evaluation, responsible-AI controls, LLMOps/MLOps, and value measurement through analytics and process mining.

Leads opportunity intake, qualification, prioritization, and portfolio roadmap management for a process re-engineering Center of Excellence. Partners with business and operations leaders to identify opportunities involving automation, AI, workflow, analytics, and operating-model redesign. Establishes assessment criteria, maintains the opportunity backlog, facilitates trade-off decisions, aligns demand with CoE capacity, forecasts resource needs, and sequences initiatives across discovery, design, delivery, deployment, and transition.
