Where You’ll Make a Difference
Learn and support development of olfactive strategies.
Assist in implementing olfactive strategy across small/local commercial projects
Manage scent portfolio to leverage existing fragrances for fast-track briefs.
Support perfumers in developing winning fragrances, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Participate in fragrance evaluations to provide insights.
Learn evaluation protocols and best practices.
Build relationships with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Insight, Technical, Labs).
Analyze evaluation results and generate clear reports and graphs.
Develop strong knowledge of olfactive trends, market, and consumer preferences.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fragrance development / evaluation.
Excellent olfactive capabilities.
Creative and able to come up with new ideas which are easy to implement.
Well versed with Microsoft applications (Presentation, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills, able to think independently.
Should be a team player, open minded, positive attitude, embraces diversity.
Experience working on cross categories is an advantage.
