Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end change management and release processes for the SuccessFactors solution.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments for the two major annual functionality updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze potential changes and formulate implementation strategies.
- Present complex system updates and change plans clearly to diverse audiences.
- Facilitate decision-making processes regarding which new features to prioritize and deploy.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record in managing change for SAP SuccessFactors or comparable large-scale SaaS products.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies within enterprise software environments.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations.
- Must be willing to undergo a mandatory Provident Fund (PF) verification process for all previous employers.
- Availability to work on-site at locations including Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
